VP of Leadership Development

Mike Wiley leads culture and leadership development at Wiley Metal. At five Mike thought he’d be a zookeeper so we’re wondering how different this job is! When not at work, Mike follows football and baseball, rooting for the Indianapolis Colts and the Chicago Cubs respectively.

When we asked Mike who he’d want on his team in the event of a zombie apocalypse, he asked for his wife because of her outdoor skills, and sons Liam, for his strength and bravery, and Grayson, for his martial arts skills.
